Parish Council comments: The principle of development has already been established for this plot. The planning officer would like to see a more barn like design and has raised concerns about the chimney. There is very little amenity space and no parking provision indicated on the plan. The application states that the boundary will be increased to accommodate the proposed property which appears to indicate that the dwelling is too large for the plot and should be decreased.

Proposed single storey rear extension. Retrospective garage conversion to kitchen and additional off street parking – . Concerns were raised that the parking provision was too small for a car to realistically park on the indicated space.
